What are the delivery charges for orders from oneclickbuysell shop?
It depends on the situation. For now, it is 80 BDT inside the Dhaka and outside it is upto 250TK
How long will delivery take?
The estimated delivery timelines for orders fulfilled by Oneclickbuysell vary by city. For Dhaka, Khulna, and Sylhet, delivery is expected within 5 to 12 days for Oneclickbuysell fulfillment, and 8 to 12 days for global sellers, with global deliveries taking 30 to 35 days. In Mymensingh, Barisal, Rajshahi, and Rangpur, the timelines extend to 6 to 12 days for Oneclickbuysell, 9 to 12 days for global sellers, and again 30 to 35 days for global shipments. For Chittagong and other areas, delivery ranges from 6 to 12 days for Oneclickbuysell and 9 to 12 days for global sellers, maintaining the 30 to 35 days for global deliveries. It’s important to note that these estimated delivery times are based on business days and exclude public holidays, with sellers generally procuring and shipping items within the specified timeframes.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After placing the order our team will wait some hours so that if you mistakenly placed the order you can cancel it. Once our team confirms it will be sent for packaging and then will start delivery process.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
If you are a show owner and signed a contract with us, you will get a personal panel from where you can easily add your products and see the sales receipt.
How do I add a gift receipt to an order?
You can simply write a note while placing the order we will add the receipt with the parcel. Extra charges will be applied.
How long do I have to return an order?
Refunds are processed in the following cases:
- Returns: If your return request is approved, the refund will be processed according to the refund timelines.
- Cancellation: When you cancel an order, the refund is automatically processed, and you will receive it as per the refund timelines.
- Delivery Failed: If the delivery fails and the package is returned to the seller, your refund will be processed according to the refund timelines.
Once your refund is approved, Oneclickbuysell processes it immediately. However, the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment partner.

Payment And Return Information
Can I be reimbursed through the original payment method?
No, you will get a voucher that can be used in the future. Also, there will be a deadline. So please be careful.
Can the country receiving the shipment be different than the country of purchase?
No, currently we are serving in Bangladesh only.
How can I return an item?
You need to contact us and then we will inform our delivery person to check the product and then he will bring it to us.
Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Yes, If you see that you got another product then you can file a report and we will check the issue and help you to retun.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
We will contact our supplier and ask them if we can get it or not. If not available then we may not restock. But if we can manage then we will definitely restock.
